When we consider how many open houses you held, how consistently you followed up on all showings, and how you kept your eye on all the details once we had a contract, we know no one could have done more.  I want to take this opportunity to tell you how lucky I was to meet you three and a half years ago.
I was just coming into a new phase of my life with a divorce and not knowing what to expect in the world of buying a home. You made that an easy transition for me. You were patient with me and knew just the right time to follow up with me. And of course, helping me find the perfect condo.
Now again after three years of being on my own, in a condo which was just perfect for me and my son and sometimes my daughter, you have been there for me once again. Yes, once again life was changing for me. This time I needed a bigger home.
I would whole heartedly tell anyone that you are most definitely the best!! From start to finish selling or buying you have gone above and beyond what one would expect from a realtor. Thank you for sticking with us during the selling of our home and the purchasing of our new home. If not for your encouragement, constant updates, hard work, knowledge, incredible marketing plan and follow through in a tough housing market, I know we would not be where we are right now. Thanks showing us 30 homes, writing multiple offers, keeping us grounded, realistic, and informed I am sure it was a challenging task. We are in the home that we can grow into as a family, at the right price in the neighborhood we never thought we could afford to live in. Selling and purchasing a new home is an incredible stressful event in life, thank you for helping us and making it as smooth as possible for us. My husband and I would go out on weekends to look at houses. Of course we found so many we liked, but were unable to afford. We also did not think that we could get qualified to purchase a home, because we are young, had no savings and would be first time home buyers. On one of our weekend adventures, we came across a condominium in Livermore that we both just absolutely loved. Unfortunately, it was way above our price range. But, we called the agent who had the home listed to see what we could do. That is where and when we met Ivy LoGerfo. She talked to us about how we could get into a home, asked us about our needs. We were unable to get into that first home we loved, but Ivy continued to make contact with us. Ivy met with us and showed us a few other homes. They were all very nice places and all in the Tri-Valley. We came across the condo that we now own on the first night of looking. This only happened that fast because Ivy, listened to not only our needs but also our wants and what we could afford. That is how she came up with the home we now own! She has been so helpful through this whole process. It has been a long, late night, tons of paper signing, a big process to be exact. But we stuck through it, with her by our side every minute. We just want to thank her and everyone that worked hard on this new chapter in our life. With her taking time out for us, we now have a place to call home. |

I would like to thank you for helping with everything. If I know anyone that is in the market for buying or selling a home I will definitely refer them to you. You did an outstanding job. Being a new homeowner I can be thankful that I used Ivy LoGerfo as my realtor. I had little experience when I started but by the time I closed escrow I felt confident with being a new homeowner. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process, being under no pressure to buy and receiving no biased information. Ivy was definitely looking after my interests and in the end it shows because now not only do I own a home but I own a home that I am happy with. |

We are finally in Victoria, and taking possession of our new house today. Thank you for all your help along the way. You have been very responsive, and took great control of the situation when our garage door wasn't installed on time. Your contractor got the job done quickly and efficiently. You were also ready to recommend painters and other services for us. The services you coordinated for us were executed perfectly, like house, window, and carpet cleaning and staging, so our house was beautiful the day it was listed. And it was sold in 9 days! You were even able to recommend a realtor for us in a new country, who turned out to be as great as you have been. We were very pleased with the whole process of selling our house. |

Ivy's committment and detailed, organized, efficient service helped me to get into the house that I have always wanted for my son. We are at the end of a court very near our school. The buying and selling process with Ivy was smoother than I ever anticipated it could be. She took care of as much as she could- even taking care of many many things that she was not obligated to do! Her experience and dedication shows through her advice and guidance during this process. She is easy to work with, answers all questions, and is quickly available when needed. I would not have wanted to go through this process with anyone else!
